Getting your floors clean shouldn’t mean soaking your carpet or filling your home with harsh chemicals. Our VLM (Very Low Moisture) carpet cleaning process uses far less water than traditional methods and uses green, non-toxic products that are safe around children and pets. We also care for hardwood, tile and grout, area rugs, upholstery, and other surfaces in homes and businesses.

If you’re wondering how our cleaning methods work or what we can do for your floors, here are a few helpful answers.

What is VLM carpet cleaning, and how is it different from traditional carpet cleaning?

VLM stands for Very Low Moisture. Instead of saturating your carpet with large amounts of water, our VLM carpet cleaning process uses only about 2.5 gallons for a typical three-bedroom home with a living room. Because very little moisture is involved, your carpet dries quickly, and you can get back to using the room without the long wait associated with wetter cleaning methods.

Are your carpet cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use green, non-toxic products that are Green Seal Certified and USDA bio-based certified. Our goal is to remove dirt and grime without replacing them with harsh chemicals or leaving unwanted residues behind.

Do you offer an even drier carpet cleaning option?

Yes. Along with VLM carpet cleaning, we offer a dry carpet cleaning method that uses a 100% organic compound with moisture equivalent to roughly one teaspoon per square foot.

Can you clean flooring other than carpet?

Yes. Carpet may be in our name, but it’s only part of what we do. Our floor care services include hardwood floor cleaning and refinishing, tile and grout cleaning, VCT floor stripping and waxing, and area rug cleaning. We work with both residential and commercial customers.

Why should I have my tile and grout professionally cleaned if I already mop regularly?

Mopping handles everyday surface dirt, but grime can settle into grout lines and other areas that routine cleaning doesn’t fully reach. Our professional tile and grout cleaning goes deeper to remove stubborn buildup and discoloration.

Do you clean upholstered furniture too?

Yes. We provide low-moisture upholstery cleaning for couches, chairs, sofas, and other upholstered surfaces.

VJ’s company did a great job. I called him to clean carpets at my parents house that had not been cleaned in quite a while. There were some tough stains on that old carpet.
